TimeHero

TimeHero is a task scheduler and time management platform designed for boosting the efficiency of remote teams. The need for a product like TimeHero is apparent: we all want our tasks properly planned, yet the planning process itself may be time-consuming, to the extent it becomes counter-productive. With TimeHero, this trouble can be easily avoided because the app takes over all the monotonous routine. All that is required from the user is to type the list of tasks, which is magically transformed into a plan fully synced with their Google Calendar or Office 365 events. TimeHero subscribers can also plan their work right from the inbox because that’s where most of our work comes from. The app also integrates with such essential tools as Slack, Zoom, Jira, Hubspot CRM, Salesforce, and Typeform. What’s more, the auto-generated plan for each day can be easily adjusted by dragging and dropping tasks from other columns and changing certain tasks’ priority. TimeHero also offers a convenient built-in timer with the options to pause and resume time when multitasking and log partial time.

Being a service agency, we work in issue trackers and planners our customers prefer. Over the years, we have tried out many different tools, yet we are still monitoring new market options. TimeHero caught our interest because it offers many standard features, yet the approach to managing time is indeed unique. Let’s see how this awesome product can be enhanced even more.

“TimeHero offers a new approach to managing time while preserving the familiarity of typical task planning features. It can be easily used across departments - from marketing to delivery. I have tested the landing page, login and registration forms, and the free trial option. I also searched for bugs in the admin panel and found one critical issue - the inability to request account deletion. I also came across a couple of disabled buttons and minor UI issues.”
