Bugs‌ ‌found‌ ‌in‌ Uku SaaS

Uku SaaS

Uku is an accounting practice management software designed to eliminate accounting bottlenecks through automated workflows. With a bunch of smart features in place and a built-in CRM, Uku helps accounting teams work more efficiently, meet deadlines, and provide the best service to their clients. Besides tracking tasks and time spent on their completion, Uku allows its users to delegate tasks and generate visually appealing reports. What’s great about Uku is that you can easily connect it with tools like Scoro, e-Business Register and Companies House, with several cool integrations coming soon. You can use Uku’s basic features for free or test the version with a broader functionality for a whole month, also with no cost involved.

At QAwerk, testing SaaS products is our core specialization, so naturally, we were curious to find out about Uku and its offerings. So we started with their website because that’s where users will go first to learn more about the product features. We hope our report will be helpful to Uku’s creators, so here are some of the most prominent Uku bugs we found.

The Uku website has a modern and user-friendly design with some quality content for potential customers. The Uku product has robust functionality with a whole lot of cool features both in free and premium versions. Nevertheless, while navigating through the website to investigate the product further and scanning it for common bugs, I encountered numerous defects like inactive URLs, disabled buttons, foreign text without translation, and not fully responsive pages. I believe those inaccuracies must be eliminated to increase the brand authority in the eyes of consumers.
